Composition With Fragments II (2001) Oil on canvas, 40x40cm The sculpture in this painting, as in Composition With Fragments I, is a Greek muse. The postcard is Anselm Feuerbach's Memento Of Tivoli, which I'd just seen in the National Gallery's Spirit of An Age show of 19th century German painting.
